Is AutoSteel ISO Certified?

What do you mean "Press Ready Blanks"?

  • AutoSteel will process your coils to your exact specifications and return it to you packaged and ready to be taken to your press and stamped. No additional processing is necessary.

Will you stock our inventory on your floor?

  • YES, we currently hold raw and finished material on our floor for most of our customers. You can ship it directly to us from the steel mill or your supplier. We will report your inventory status as often as you like. We can even release raw material from your vendors if you like. All you have to do is tell us how much and when to ship.

Is your warehouse secure?

  • YES, we moved into our current location in June 2003. We renovated the entire building and replaced the roof. We also installed a state of the art alarm and computer system. The heating system is also state of the art low intensity infrared "Co-Ray-Vac. We are located in a newer industrial subdivision just off a main street in Fraser, Michigan.

Do you need edge trim to blank?

  • NO. We are able to take multiple cuts without edge trim. This can help reduce your material costs. Call us for details.

Is your computer system up to date?

  • YES, we installed the Enmark "Command Center" computer system when we moved into our new building. Our new system allows us to fax and email directly from our system. We maintain a complete transaction history for 3 years. All computer transactions are "real time". This allows our records to always be accurate and up to date.

Can you help us reduce blanking costs?

  • We have more than 30 years experience working with blanks. Our experienced specialists will be happy to evaluate your blanking requirements and offer you cost savings options.
